    No. The brands and parts listed have been tested for compatibility with each other and have shown to have a low rate of failure.

  2. How much does it cost to freight a system to me?

    All systems are now freight free Australia-Wide

  3. How long does it take to build, test, and ship a system to me?
    Depending on the complexity of the system we usually have systems built and tested within 3 working days. Shipping takes approx. 1-5 working days depending where you live in Australia.

  4. How do you stress-test the systems that you build?
    Systems are stress-tested using Prime-94 for 24 hours to test CPU and RAM. 3DMark06 looping for 6 hours is used to test the video card.

  5. iBuyPower states that there is a 3 year warranty as standard on all systems, are there any terms and conditions?

    Yes, terms and conditions apply, however we believe they are quite fair.

    Our standard 3 year warranty applies to all systems. The warranty does not apply to peripherals such as monitor, keyboard, speakers etc. which all have standard manufacturers warranty (which is warranted through us).

    The standard 3 year warranty covers all parts used in building the system and labour.

    The standard 3 year warranty is "Return To Base" only and the return of all faulty goods to us is made at the customers expense. iBuyPower will send the repaired/replaced system at our expense to the customer thereby sharing the total cost of transporting the faulty system.

    If no fault is found a service fee and the cost of returning the system will be charged to the customer.

    Customers are quite welcome to deliver a faulty system to us themselves however this is only practical if you live in Melbourne where we are based.

    If you live in another state or in country Victoria it is advised that you purchase the 3 year onsite warranty whereby a representative of National Warranty Services will look after your warranty.

  6. I already have a high-end video card and I would like you to build a system using my part, can you do this?
    No. iBuyPower systems are only built using new parts. iBuyPower will make exceptions on a case by case basis for high-end audio cards used in the recording industry whereby the customer can send us the card and we will install it for them.

  7. Are you affiliated with iBuyPower in the USA?
    No, we are not affiliated with any other company either in or outside of Australia other than PC Maniacs. When you buy from iBuyPower the profits stay in Australia.
